Diversey EcoMax Grease Away is a powerful, high-foaming cleaner and degreaser formulated to tackle the toughest grease, animal fats, proteins, and vegetable oils on hard surfaces. This concentrated, transparent golden brown liquid is ideal for use in food-related areas, providing efficient cleaning with less effort.

Designed For:

• Usage Areas: Supermarkets, meat cutting, seafood, bakery, deli, and produce areas, as well as restaurants, institutional kitchens, butcher shops, and other food processing plants.

General Usage Instructions:

1. Preparation: Remove all food items from the area and clean up meat scraps from surfaces.
2. Foamer Kit Use: Fill the Diversey foamer kit with EcoMax Grease Away. The dispenser head automatically dilutes the product with water to the correct level.
3. Manual Application: If a foamer kit is not available, manually dilute 1 part of EcoMax Grease Away with 25 parts water and scrub the surface.
4. Application: Apply the foam generously to all surfaces, including floors, walls, tables, and equipment.
5. Dwell Time: Allow the foam to remain on surfaces for at least five minutes. Light scrubbing may be necessary for heavily soiled areas.
6. Rinse: Thoroughly rinse all surfaces with hot water for best results, removing foam and loosened soils.
