Product Description:

Diversey Premia Ultra High Speed (UHS) Floor Finish provides exceptional performance with a high gloss “wet look” and is designed for low maintenance. This ultra high-speed floor finish offers superior durability and flexibility in maintenance procedures.

• Environmentally Friendly: Contains biodegradable surfactants and no fluorochemicals.
• High Solids Content: 20% solids for a robust finish.
• Slip Resistance: Meets ASTM D-2047 slip resistance standards.

Applications:

• Floor Types: Suitable for resilient and most hard surface flooring.
• Sealer Requirement: A sealer may be required for highly polished stone surfaces, glazed ceramic tile, luxury vinyl tile, and some rubber floors.
• Not for Use On: Cork, wood, or bamboo flooring.

Use Instructions:

1. Preparation:

   • Strip the floor if necessary using a Diversey heavy-duty stripper according to the stripper label instructions.

2. Application:

   • Apply 2-4 coats of Premia® finish using a clean mop.
   • Additional coats can be applied for a higher gloss.
   • Allow 30 minutes drying time between coats. Drying time may vary based on temperature, humidity, and ventilation.

3. Maintenance:

   • Daily: Dust mop or sweep the floor.
   • Cleaning: Clean with a mop or automatic scrubber using the recommended Diversey cleaner.
   • Burnishing: Burnish floors with appropriate pads as needed to maintain appearance.

4. Recoating:

   • Dust mop or sweep.
   • Clean the floor with a mop or automatic scrubber using the recommended Diversey cleaner.
   • Apply 1-3 coats of Premia® finish using a clean mop.

5. Removal:

   • Remove using the recommended Diversey stripper according to the label directions.

Diversey Premia Ultra High Speed Floor Finish is ideal for maintaining the visual appeal of floors with minimal effort, providing a durable, high-gloss finish that withstands heavy traffic and regular cleaning.
