Use Instructions:

1. Pre-Clean: Remove gross food particles and soil with a detergent or pre-soak treatment. Rinse with potable water.
2. Prepare Solution: Mix 1 ounce of J-512 Sanitizer with 4 gallons of water to create a 200 ppm active quaternary solution.
3. Sanitize Surfaces:
   • For Immoveable Items: Flood the area with the solution for at least 60 seconds. Ensure all surfaces are wetted completely, then drain and air dry.
   • For Mobile Items: Immerse items like drinking glasses and utensils in the solution for at least 60 seconds. Drain and air dry.
