High Gloss Crystallizer

Description:

TASKI Nobile Plus is a high-performance crystallizer designed for wet crystallization and protection of calcareous stone floors such as marble. It provides a high-gloss finish and enhances the natural appearance of the stone.

Dosages / Dilution:

• Preparation: Mix 3 parts of TASKI Nobile Plus powder with 1 part of water. Slowly add water to the powder and shake the mixture until it forms a homogeneous paste. Ensure thorough mixing to avoid settled crystals.

Directions for Use:

1. Surface Preparation: If the floor has visible scratches, hone the surface using a 400-grit diamond pad for 2 minutes per sqm, followed by an 1800 or 2000-grit diamond pad for 5 minutes per sqm.
2. Cleaning: Use a 1% neutral cleaner solution and clean the surface with a single-disc machine fitted with a red pad. Vacuum the floor and rinse thoroughly with water to remove all dirt particles.
3. Applying the Paste:
   • Prepare the paste by mixing 3 parts TASKI Nobile Plus with 1 part water. Shake the mixture well to ensure an even consistency.
   • Damp the floor with wet mopping, ensuring it is only slightly moist—no excess water should be present.
   • Apply the paste evenly over the area to be treated.
   • Using a single-disc machine fitted with a red pad, buff the floor for 5–6 minutes per sqm. Keep the paste moist by sprinkling water as needed.
4. Post-Crystallization:
   • After buffing, dilute the slurry with fresh water and pick it up with a wet vacuum cleaner.
   • Flood the area with plenty of neutral cleaner solution, agitate thoroughly, and remove the solution with a wet vacuum.
   • Once the floor is completely dry, perform a dry buff with a single-disc machine (200–1500 rpm) fitted with a soft white pad.

• pH Value (66% Solution): 2.0 – 3.5

Safe Handling and Storage:

• Store in original, closed containers away from extreme temperatures.
• Use only on calcareous stone floors such as marble or travertine.
• Protect other surfaces from splashes.
• Use paste immediately after preparation. Keep the container tightly closed.

Precautions:

• For scratched surfaces, grinding is recommended before crystallization.
• Follow all safety instructions provided in the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
