Plaza® Plus is a long-lasting, high gloss sealer/finish specifically formulated for stone floors.

Product Description:

Diversey Taski Plaza Plus Sealer/Finisher is a versatile, high gloss sealer and finish designed specifically for stone floors. Ideal for a range of stone substrates, this product provides a durable and long-lasting finish while also serving as a sealer.

Applications:

• Stone Floors: Ideal for granite, marble, terrazzo, and other stone floors.
• Tile Floors: Can also be used on ceramic, porcelain, terracotta, and other clay tile floors.

Use Instructions:

1. Preparation:

   • Barricade the area where application is taking place.
   • Remove old sealer/finish with an appropriate Diversey floor stripper.
   • Rinse the floor thoroughly to remove residues and allow it to dry completely.

2. As a Sealer/Finish:

   • Apply 3–5 coats using a clean synthetic finish mop or the Diversey ProSpeed™/MC Finish Applicator System.
   • Allow each coat to dry thoroughly (approximately 45 minutes, depending on conditions).

3. As a Sealer Only:

   • Apply 2–3 coats using a clean synthetic finish mop or applicator system.
   • Allow each coat to dry thoroughly (approximately 45 minutes).
   • Follow up with a selected Diversey top-coat finish as needed.

Maintenance:

• Regular Maintenance: Sweep or dust mop and clean with a Diversey alkaline or neutral cleaner.
• Buffing: For low-speed buffing, use a red floor pad. For high-speed buffing, use a UHS machine at 1500 RPM or greater with an appropriate pad.
• Re-Coating: Deep clean and re-coat when appearance cannot be improved with buffing.

Best Results:

• Do not dilute.
• Avoid use on surfaces colder than 50˚ F (10˚ C) @ 15% RH.
• To avoid contamination, do not return unused product to the original container.

Note: Floors may become slippery when wet or contaminated. Clean up spills promptly to avoid accidents.
