Description:

Showplace is a high-performance floor finish designed to deliver exceptional gloss and durability under heavy foot traffic conditions. It features a metal-complexed acrylic polymer and resin formulation, providing superior gloss retention, scuff resistance, and dirt embedment resistance.

• Fast Initial Gloss: High solids formulation achieves maximum gloss with fewer coats.
• Sustainable Wet-Look Appearance: Maintains an outstanding wet-look appearance and enhances gloss through spray buffing and burnishing.
• Multi-Machine Capabilities: Compatible with equipment ranging from 175 to 1500 RPM.
• Slip-Resistant High Gloss Finish: Meets ASTM standards for slip resistance.
• Durability: Resistant to water, detergents, scuffing, and black marks.

Designed For:

• High-Traffic Areas: Ideal for use in hospitals, nursing homes, major retailers, shopping malls, supermarkets, and any location where floor appearance is critical.
• Interior Use Only: Not suitable for exterior, vertical surfaces, wood, cork, or concrete floors. Floors previously treated with paste wax should be thoroughly stripped before application.

General Usage:

• Applying Floor Finish:

  • Clean or strip the floor using a Diversey brand stripper as per label instructions.
  • Apply one coat of Showplace with a clean mop.
  • Allow 40-50 minutes drying time between coats.

• Maintenance:

  • Dust mop or sweep regularly.
  • Clean with a recommended Diversey brand cleaner.
  • For enhanced gloss, spray buff or high-speed buff with a Diversey floor maintainer.

• Before Recoating:

  • Dust mop or sweep.
  • Deep scrub using a Diversey brand cleaner.
  • Apply 1-2 coats of Showplace.

• Form/Color: Milky emulsion
• Non-Volatile Content: 22.8 – 23.2%
• Drying Time: Recoat: 40-50 minutes; Traffic: 30 minutes (under normal conditions)
• Slip Resistance: 0.5 min
• pH (neat): 8.4 – 8.8
