Directions for Use:

1. Preparation:

   • Use at concentrations up to 3 ml/L (0.3%) v/v, depending on soiling and application needs.
   • Fill the soak tank with the desired level of water and Suma Eden D4.5 using the Diversey dispensing system.

2. Cleaning:

   • Pre-rinse heavily soiled produce.
   • Submerge prepared produce (chopped, peeled, sliced, etc.) into the solution. Let it stand for at least 2 minutes. Scrub or agitate if needed to remove gross soils.
   • Remove produce and allow it to drain. Rinse with potable water if desired.

3. Maintenance:

   • Drain and refill the soak tank with fresh solution every 8 hours, or sooner if the soil load becomes excessive.
