Designed to maintain optimal food temperatures, this chafer includes a wind guard that protects the fuel from outdoor elements, ensuring consistent heating. The fully retractable hinged cover can be positioned in three ways: completely closed, at 90 degrees, or fully open, allowing for versatile serving options. Perforations on the cover help release excess steam, preventing moisture buildup and preserving food quality.

The 6-quart capacity food pan is perfect for holding a variety of dishes, making it a versatile addition to your serving equipment. The chafer is compatible with the Vollrath chafer tote box (item number 52647), sold separately. Please note that this chafer is not designed for use with the Vollrath electric chafer heater (item number 46060).
