Diversey Suma Antibac B Organic Chlorine-Based Powder Sanitizer is a powerful, highly soluble powder designed for use in food processing and preparation areas. This organic, chlorinated sanitizer provides broad-spectrum biocidal activity and meets stringent industry standards for effective sanitation.

Use Instructions:

1. Preparation:

   • For general sanitizing, mix 1 oz. (0.6 gm/L) per 12 gallons of water to achieve 100 ppm available chlorine.
   • For deodorizing, use 3.8 gm/L of water to achieve 600 ppm available chlorine.

2. Sanitization Process:

   • Rinse equipment with lukewarm water.
   • Wash with a recommended Diversey product and drain.
   • Acid rinse equipment if necessary.
   • Sanitize with Suma Antibac B solution. Test periodically with a Chlorine Test Kit and discard when chlorine levels drop below 50 ppm.

3. Special Applications:

   • Deodorizing: Apply solution to problem areas and rinse if necessary.
   • Egg Sanitizing: Spray eggs with a solution of 100 ppm available chlorine.
