Description:

Suma Carbon Remover K21+ is a liquid pre-soaker formulated for the effective removal of grease, carbon, and food residues from baking trays, pots, and pans.

Directions for Use:

1. Use Suma Carbon Remover K21+ at a concentration between 7-20% v/v, depending on the type and degree of soiling.
2. Fill the soak tank with water up to the fill line. If not using the recommended soak tank, use an appropriate container made of high-density PE or PP.
3. Add the specified amount of Suma Carbon Remover K21+ to the water in the tank.
4. Pre-rinse items with hot water and fully immerse them in the soak solution. Let them soak as required.
5. Remove items from the soak tank, then wash and rinse them in a dishwasher or manually.

Important: The solution should be changed at least once a month, but more frequent changes may be necessary with heavy use or soiling.
