Description:

J-Shop 600 is a water-dilutable cleaner and degreaser formulated to handle extremely heavy soil conditions common across various industries. It is designed for effective cleaning of diverse surfaces and machinery.

Designed For:

• General Use: Floors, walls, equipment, machinery, and engines. Can be used in auto scrubbers or with mops and swing machines.
• Surface Compatibility: Safe for various surfaces including black iron, chrome, rubber, stainless steel, aluminum, concrete, and plastics.

General Usage Instructions:

• Concrete Floor Preparation (Medium to Heavy Soils):

  • Dust mop or sweep the floor.
  • Mix 1 part J-Shop 600 E9ez to 10 parts water.
  • Mop on the solution, allow 10-15 minutes contact time, then machine scrub with a suitable brush.
  • Flood rinse with water and agitate with the machine; pick up the water and rinse until all particles are removed.
  • Allow the floor to dry thoroughly.

• Concrete Floor Preparation (Newly Laid Floors):

  • Follow the same steps as above using a stiff brush and a 1:10 to 1:20 dilution.
  • Rinse thoroughly with a hose or autoscrubber to remove concrete particles.

• Concrete Floor Maintenance:

  • Dust mop or sweep as needed.
  • Clean with a 1:25 to 1:50 dilution using an autoscrubber or a 1:15 dilution with mop and bucket. Use red or medium stiff brushes and rinse thoroughly.

• Car Engines:

  • Use at dilutions of 1:5 to 1:10, with a dwell time of less than five minutes. Rinse thoroughly to prevent damage to rubber and plastic parts.
